So what are the trends and how can we use them to attract talent?

Firstly, it’s good news for recruiters (and breath!).Salaries are on the up in the market including recruitment, which can only mean happier employees (yay). The attractiveness of a better salary is definitely a game changer for most recruiters and just makes finding that perfect candidate a little bit easier.
